Are there any warranties?
Unless the unit is covered by a current, transferable manufacturer’s warranty, the answer is no. While we make every good faith effort to ensure that the units are accurately tested and represented, All units are sold in the “as-is” and “where is” condition without representation or warranty of any kind, whether, expressed, implied, or otherwise, including without limitation, warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All sales are final. King RV or Commonwealth Boat brokers and/or seller, make no warranties or representations, whether, expressed, implied, or otherwise, with respect to any unit. Buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the purchased unit is acceptable, roadworthy, and/or seaworthy or otherwise.
The boats are evaluated by an independent mechanic, and, upon request, Commonwealth Boat Brokers will provide a copy of the mechanic’s report for your review. With respect to all units, and before any sale is complete, King RV/ Commonwealth Boat Brokers offers the opportunity for you to perform a complete but reasonable inspection, at your sole expense and discretion. However, any such report provided by King RV/ or Commonwealth Boat Brokers are for informational purposes only and do not represent of warranty of any kind, whether, expressed, implied, or otherwise, including without limitation, warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All sales are final.
If the unit is a motorhome, you have the right to a reasonable test drive of the unit as part of the inspection, provided that you present a valid driver’s license and proof of adequate insurance to cover the test drive of the motorhome. For all other units, the inspection must be completed at King RV/ Commonwealth Boat Brokers. Sorry, Commonwealth Boat Brokers does not allow sea trials on boats.
How are the tag and title issues handled?
On the day of sale, King RV/ Commonwealth Boat Brokers will give you possession of the unit, a bill of sale, and appropriate temporary tags so that you may legally transport the unit from the King RV/ Commonwealth Boat Brokers premises. On rare occasions, it may take up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase before you receive the title. However, in most cases, you will receive title to the unit with fourteen (14) to twenty-one (21) days. A title processing fee of $100.00 will be added to the purchase price of the unit. When you receive title(s), you will then be able to title the unit in your name at the titling agency in your state.
Do you take trade-ins?
King RV/ Commonwealth Boat Brokers will consider trade-ins on a case by case basis.
